Alice has served as the Asia-Pacific Operations Director of VANZBON since 2016, responsible for business operations and team building in the Asia-Pacific region, and improving customer satisfaction by optimizing service processes.

Previous experience: Prior to joining VANZBON, Alice worked as an operations consultant at Ernst & Young (EY) in Asia Pacific, focusing on optimizing project management and business processes.

Educational background: Alice holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Sungkyunkwan University.
